Dr. Jennifer Reed, PharmD
Pharmacy Manager of Next Generation Compounding Pharmacy
Dr. Reed has been a dedicated professional in the pharmacy industry for over 20 years, beginning her journey as a pharmacy intern in 2004. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Appalachian College of Pharmacy in Grundy, Virginia, graduating in 2008. She became a licensed pharmacist in 2009 and has since gained extensive experience across various practice settings, including retail, long-term care, and behavioral health. Dr. Reed also holds specialized training in sterile compounding through the American College of Apothecaries, further enhancing her clinical expertise.
Residing in Tennessee with her husband and two sons, Dr. Reed enjoys an active and family-centered lifestyle. She takes great pride in supporting her children in their high school sports and is deeply involved in her local church, serving as a youth leader and a member of the praise team. In her free time, she enjoys reading and celebrating all things Christmas. Passionate about community service and patient care, Dr. Reed is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals with compassion and professionalism.
Dr. Lauren Clevinger, PharmD
Staff Pharmacist of Next Generation Compounding Pharmacy
With over two decades of pharmacy experience, and having worked every role (cashier, technician, intern, and pharmacist), Dr. Clevinger brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and commitment. A 2008 graduate of Appalachian College of Pharmacy, obtaining a Doctorate of Pharmacy, Lauren has been a licensed pharmacist for 17 years. Her professional background spans both retail and behavioral health pharmacy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and medication management.
Dr. Clevinger resides in Tennessee with her husband and two sons. At church, she sings in the praise choir and is a youth leader and Sunday school teacher to teens. When not at work, you can usually find her at a wrestling gym or baseball field cheering on her sons, or working a craft show with her husband for their small business. Dr. Clevinger loves to read and go shopping for used book deals. She enjoys traveling with family and friends and is always down for a road trip. A few of her other favorites are the Friends TV show, Winnie-the-Pooh, turtles, and anything purple. Currently, Dr. Clevinger is on a personal journey toward physical healing with GLP-1 medication, healthy eating, and regular exercise. This has deepened her empathy for others on a similar journey and helps her offer care that is both clinically sound and genuinely supportive.
Michael Kilgore, CPhT
Pharmacy Operations Manager of Next Generation Compounding Pharmacy
Michael has been working in the pharmacy field since 2016, gaining experience in a wide range of settings including Retail, Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care, Mail Order, and Specialty Pharmacy. Michael is a graduate of ETSU and with his s diverse background has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and the pharmaceutical industry. He currently resides in Knoxville with his wife, Sydney and their fur babies Winnie and Jinx. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is always looking for new adventures and ways to stay connected to what matters most.
Since beginning his own weight loss journey in 2015—during which he has lost over 320 pounds—he has become passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. He finds it incredibly rewarding to support individuals through their own transformations and witness their success. Inspired by Dolly Parton's words, "Find out who you are and do it on purpose," Michael strives to live with intention, whether in his role as a pharmacy professional or a weight loss counselor. He is enthusiastic about helping others on their weight loss journey and is committed to supporting them every step of the way.
Tiffany Miller, CPhT
Certified Pharmacy Technician with Next Generation Compounding Pharmacy
Tiffany is a seasoned pharmacy technician with over 13 years of experience in the field. She has worked extensively in both retail and behavioral health pharmacy, where she is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality patient care. Her diverse background has equipped her with the skills to adapt to a variety of pharmacy settings, making her a reliable and valued team member throughout her career.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany lives in Tennessee with her girlfriend, Megan, and their two dogs. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, fishing, and relaxing with friends. A devoted Batman fan, Tiffany has a growing collection of memorabilia dedicated to the iconic superhero. She also loves reading and watching scary movies, often seeking out the latest horror thrillers. Her personal passions reflect her adventurous spirit and appreciation for both fun and meaningful downtime.
